Acrobatics is a combination of acrobatic individual skills and group skills combined with dance and performing arts.

Single individual skills involve walkovers, backflips, back saults, handstands, cartwheels, aerials etc.

Group skills involve platform, pitch, and basket throws and catches (like you might see in cheerleading). Also, all kinds of pyramids.

Students will gain:

We use special coaching techniques that we’ve learnt over the years from being part of the Polish national team and Cirque du Soleil.
